Refund and Returns Policy


If there is a problem with your purchase, let Emilio know at {email}, and he will work with you to fix the mistake and provide a replacement product as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

A few goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Food items can be replaced if necessary.
